Location development

Requirements

The same requirements for all locations:

• existing connections for electricity, water, and toilets
• good structural condition

The location can be assigned to one of the following categories:

Inner-city location

• sales area of at least 120 m² – plus toilets, kitchen, storage
• shop-window with insulating glass; preferably wide sales front of about. 7 m
• good footfall (6.000 people/day)

Suburbs/village or arterial road

• sales area of at least 150 m² – plus toilets, kitchen, storage
• shop-window with insulating glass
• preferably no steps to the object
• good vehicle frequencies (about 20.000 vehicles/day at location)
• at least 10 parking-spaces

Store-in-store

• sales area of at least 80 m² – plus toilets, kitchen, storage
• footfall of at least 3.000 people/day
