Friday, August 30th, 2019 the Barbarossa children foundation was part of the festival “environment and fitness” at the elementary school “Geschwister Scholl” in Kaiserslautern.

The motto was games, fun and adventure at the first festival “environment and fitness” on the school grounds. The foundation “Lichtblick 2000 e.V.” and the Barbarossa children foundation were invited.

The festival encourages creative teamwork for children with and without a migration background from all social classes. It was an unforgettable day for everyone. Enthusiasm for our environment and fitness was awoken through a huge selection of various sport activities and information stands. The Barbarossa Bakery informed about how a bread is baked starting with the grain.

The Barbarossa Bakery donated “Fitnessbrötchen”, a sandwich with cucumber and tomatoes.
