We bake our rolls according to our own recipes. We allow the dough to prove for long periods of time. That ensures a great aroma and crispy texture. Most of the rolls (i.e. Barossi, Goldi, Omega-3-Brötchen,…) we bake several times a day in our shops. That way you can always enjoy rolls that were freshly baked.
