A Swiss style bread: We have developed the recipe for our Lony’s in the house. The traditional “Tessiner Brot” was the role model. We use “Ruchmehl” for our Lony’s. It is a flour that is milled in a special way and gives the bread a very aromatic flavor.
Long resting time for the dough: Our Lony’s is dark on the outside and has a crispy crust. On the inside it is fluffy and aromatic. The dough is given an extra amount of time to rest and ripen. The result: a unique aroma and loser pore-structure. It stays fresh for a very long time.

Allergens

Contains wheat and spelt gluten. May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, peanuts, sesame and nuts.
